At Kaitlyn The Label, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Easy Returns
vReturn window: 30 days from the date you receive your order
vCondition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging attached
vRestocking fee: $0 — No restocking fees
vReturn shipping: at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated
vRefunds: processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Return Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: send us a photo within 30 days — we will ship a free replacement at no cost. Alternatively, you may return the item at your own expense for a full refund to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection
  • Wrong size ordered: keep the item and pay a $9.95 replacement fee per item for a new size, OR return at your own expense for a full refund upon receipt and inspection
  • Change of mind or no longer wanted: return at your own shipping expense — full refund to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: email info@kaitlynthelabel.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason — include photos if your item is defective or incorrect
  2. Wait for confirmation: we will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address — do not send items back before receiving our confirmation
  3. Pack securely: repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories still attached — items arriving damaged due to poor packaging may not be accepted
  4. Ship with tracking: use a trackable shipping method at your own cost and keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for items lost in transit
  5. Refund processed: once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days — you will receive an email confirmation

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement
  • Full refunds are only processed after the returned item has been physically received and inspected by us

Sizing & Replacements

Wrong size? You have two options. Option 1: Keep the item and pay a $9.95 replacement fee per item — we will ship the correct size to you at no additional shipping cost. Option 2: Return the item at your own shipping expense for a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email info@kaitlynthelabel.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — in that case, you may return the item following our Return Policy above after delivery.
